When you call, kindly have available the lab grown diamond certification number and web link or published price offer to the diamond you’d like us to Price Match. Because every diamond is different, we will match from our inventory the best option that exactly meet the specs of your comparable diamond. When making an exact match, we consider identical carat weight, color, clarity, shape, table and depth percentage, symmetry and other relevant diamond aspects. Our 12FIFTEEN Consultants will work diligently to provide you with our best possible options for your Price Match.

*Terms and Conditions:

1. 12FIFTEEN Lab Grown Diamond Price Match Guarantee, also referred to as, “Price Match” applies solely to loose, certified lab grown diamonds sold through www.1215diamonds.com.
2. Price Match is valid prior to your purchase and up to 30 days after your purchase.
3. To verify Price Match eligibility, 12FIFTEEN requires a copy of the lab grown diamond grading report and reference to the current competitor listing of the lab grown diamond intended for Price Match.
4. Price Match only considers comparable diamonds with identical characteristics including carat weight, cut, clarity, florescence, table and depth percentage, symmetry and certification type. Please inquire with your 12FIFTEEN Consultant for further details.
5. The lab grown diamond must be available for sale and in stock at the time of 12FIFTEEN’S Price Match determination. Expired offers and out of stock diamonds are excluded from Price Match consideration.
6. Price Match applies only to a publicly available competitor lab grown diamond at their full list price. Price Match will not consider additional competitor offer codes, gift cards, rebates, bundles, coupons or other additional discounts or promotions.
7. The competing price must be offered and expressed in US Dollar currency only.
8. Price Match may not be combined with 12FIFTEEN’S Lifetime Trade Up option.
9. For International orders, Price Match will additionally charge for shipping and insurance. Price Match does not factor duty and other customs related charges.
10. Price Match does not apply to pawn shop, auction, estate or other similarly structured lab grown diamond pricing offers.
11. Time limited, clearance, liquidation, limited quantity, going out of business, loyalty program and other similar competitor offers and sale events are ineligible for Price Match.
12. Price Match does not apply to typographical or pricing errors made by 12FIFTEEN or our competitors.
13. 12FIFTEEN customers may receive a maximum of one Price Match every 24 months; for personal use only.
14. Price Match guarantee may not be combined with any other offers.
15. 12FIFTEEN, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny requests and modify or terminate the Lab Grown Diamond Price Match Guarantee at any time.
